Mom Rage -Nervous system support

$25.00 Sold Out

Mom rage is about recognizing the deep emotional and physical load that comes with motherhood, and creating a culture where moms can be both strong and vulnerable ♥️

By validating mom rage, we:

1. Normalize the experience – Every mom has moments when they feel overwhelmed or pushed to their limits. Recognizing that this is common reduces the stigma around expressing anger or frustration.
2. Reduce guilt – If a mother knows her feelings are valid, she’s less likely to feel guilty for experiencing them, which opens the door for healthier emotional processing and self-compassion. ❤️
3. Create space for better coping – When feelings of rage or anger are validated, moms are more likely to seek healthier ways to cope, like asking for help, taking breaks, & pouring back into themselves
4. Support mental health – Ignoring or suppressing these feelings can lead to burnout, anxiety, or depression. Validating mom rage can be an essential step in preserving mental well-being and emotional health. 🧠
5. Encourage better relationships – When partners, family, or friends acknowledge mom rage without judgment, it can lead to more open communication and support. Moms may feel more comfortable expressing their needs and receiving help. 🤝
